What to expect

After you join, here's what happens.

Joining the waitlist shouldn't feel like opening a mystery box. We email rarely, we're honest about how early access works, and leaving is as easy as joining.

  1. When will you email me?

Rarely, and only when there's something real. One confirmation when you join, a short note when your city's coverage is getting close, and an invitation when early access opens. We don't run a weekly newsletter you'll learn to ignore. You can adjust this anytime.

  2. How is early access chosen?

By city first, then waitlist density. We launch in Atlanta first, so the earliest invites go to founding members in the launch and expansion cities — Atlanta, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston. Joining early in your city is genuinely how it moves up the list.

  3. What do founding members get?

A spot in the first invite wave for your city, a set of founding perks we'll detail before launch, and priority consideration for the feedback groups that shape what gets built. Base Ableway is free forever — no card, no surprise upsells.

  4. What if I want to leave?

One click in any email deletes your spot and your data immediately — no login, no questions, and a 60-second undo if you hit it by accident. Referrals you earned are cleared too. You can rejoin from the homepage anytime.

  5. What do you do with my data?

Your email, your optional city, and your referral link. No IPs, no tracking, no selling or sharing. The full promise is in the privacy policy, and the policy changelog keeps it honest when anything evolves.

  6. When does Ableway actually launch?

Public launch is targeted for 2027, in Atlanta first. The roadmap is honest that phases are gated on data and trust, not dates — so the launch comes when the local map is verified enough to deserve your trust, not before.

The whole promise is in the privacy policy, and our progress is logged in the field notes.
