How this policy changes.
Every version of the Ableway privacy policy is dated, and what changed between versions is recorded here in plain language — not legalese. This is the public record behind §13's promise to keep evolution visible.

Survey disclosures + updated change policy
Added §3.6 (optional survey responses, keyed only to an unsubscribe token, with explicit consent for access-need questions) and rewrote §13: material changes now get at least 14 days' emailed notice (down from 30), new purposes for existing data always require explicit consent, non-material changes take effect when posted, and the open-ended 'we honor the version you signed up under' promise was replaced with the narrower, enforceable 'never apply a new purpose without your yes.' The waitlist had zero members when this took effect, so no notice email was owed. The survey itself is a deliberate on-switch, flipped by the founder rather than auto-launched.

First published policy for the waitlist site: email, optional city, referral tracking, one-click unsubscribe, no IP storage, no data sharing. The 30-day notice and 'honor the version you signed up under' language was part of this original version.
